We understand that travel plans may change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be transparent and fair.
1. Cancellation Charges
- Charges depend on the package and third-party vendor policies.
Recommended Structure (you should implement this):
- 0–7 days before travel: 100% cancellation
- 7–15 days: 50% cancellation
- 15+ days: 25% cancellation

2. Refund Process
- Refunds are processed after confirmation from vendors.
- Timelines may vary (typically 7–15 working days).
- Delays due to banks/payment gateways are not our responsibility.
3. Non-Refundable Items
- Promotional offers
- Movie tickets / add-ons
- Convenience or processing fees
4. No-Show Policy
- No refund will be provided for no-shows or unused services.
5. Partial Usage
- No refund for partially used services once the trip has started.
