We understand that travel plans may change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be transparent and fair.

1. Cancellation Charges

  • Charges depend on the package and third-party vendor policies.

Recommended Structure (you should implement this):

  • 0–7 days before travel: 100% cancellation
  • 7–15 days: 50% cancellation
  • 15+ days: 25% cancellation

2. Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed after confirmation from vendors.
  • Timelines may vary (typically 7–15 working days).
  • Delays due to banks/payment gateways are not our responsibility.

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Promotional offers
  • Movie tickets / add-ons
  • Convenience or processing fees

4. No-Show Policy

  • No refund will be provided for no-shows or unused services.

5. Partial Usage

  • No refund for partially used services once the trip has started.
